Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Your registration confirmation email contains the course URL and your login credentials. If you have not received the email, it may still be on the way. (When mail servers are overloaded, they sometimes experience delays of up to 15 minutes.) Or it may have been filtered within your email system.
We recommend you allow 15 minutes and, if the email has not arrived, try these steps. Check to be sure that you are allowing emails from @bgea.org and @billygraham.org (otherwise known as white-listing). Also, check your Spam or Junk folders to make sure the email was not filtered to one of them. If it was filtered to a Spam or Junk folder, you may want to check with your email provider on how to fix this, as there could be times during the course when you’ll want to receive emails from @bgea.org addresses.
The online evangelism courses are located at http://training.billygrahamonlinetraining.org, and your username is the full email address you registered with. If you still have not received your registration confirmation email (which includes your password), or if you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgotten your username or password? link on the course site to generate a temporary password.
The traditional, three-week format for CLWC training continues to be used in preparation for BGEA Festivals and Celebrations in cities around the world.
While the two formats offer similar basic and proven training, ReIgnite allows the participant to go deeper at their own pace and expands the scope of training through additional materials and activities not possible in the offline version of the course. ReIgnite is designed to help you in your personal evangelism and discipleship ministries.
ReIgnite is a self-paced online study consisting of five lessons designed to help Christians ReIgnite their faith and share it with others. Lessons include a combination of video segments, readings, Bible study, quizzes, and other learning activities.
There are 6:37 (hours:minutes) of total video in the course. Quizzes, discussion forums, and homework comprise the balance of time needed and should be accomplished in an additional two to three hours, making the total time estimate eight to 10 hours.
